THE ANJOLEE WARRANTY
Anjolee stands behind our quality and craftsmanship of our products and warrants that all items will be sent free from manufacturing defects for the life of the piece. If you believe that you have received an item that has a defect, you may return it back to us for inspection. Upon inspection, if we believe the product is damaged due to a defect, we will repair the item free of charge.
If, upon inspection, we determine the damage is not due to a manufacturing defect, then we will contact you prior to any work being performed, to let you know the cost of repair.
Please note that natural irregularities occur in diamonds and gemstones and are unique to each item. The characteristics are considered normal irregularities that are unique to each stone, and not a manufacturer’s defect.
A lifetime of care for your jewelry
Anjolee's lifetime warranty ensures your fine jewelry will always be as beautiful as the day you bought it. The lifetime warranty covers free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning services. For warranty services, contact an Anjolee jewelry specialist to arrange the return and care for your piece. The customer only pays for shipping, and Anjolee will pay for return shipping. Repairs to your item can also be done at this time at cost.
Exclusions
Any alteration of the piece of jewelry by a third party individual unrelated to Anjolee, will void the warranty and Anjolee will not be held responsible for the integrity of the jewelry.
All precious metals and fine jewelry can be affected by normal wear and tear, activities or damage caused by trauma. Rings are especially susceptible, since hands are frequently subject to use and activity. The Anjolee warranty does not cover damage due to regular wear and tear, product loss, stone loss or theft. In addition, damage due to failure to obtain repairs necessary to preserve the integrity of the item are not covered.
Instances of jewelry issues that would not be considered a manufacturing defect include:
- Discoloration of precious metals that can be caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
- Wear and tear of precious metals, and especially prongs can occur and may require restoration.
- Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a diamond or gemstone to fall out.
- The loss of a diamond/gemstone caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage.
Diamond Guarantee
Anjolee guarantees that all diamonds sold are authentic and genuine.
Each diamond is hand selected and carefully inspected by gemologists before setting.
When selecting diamonds, there is a high and low range of the color and clarity grades combination. Anjolee guarantees that each diamond will always be in the higher range.
If you would like to purchase a third-party certificate, Anjolee recommends the reputable GIA and IGI laboratories.
CARAT WEIGHTS
The total carat weight represents the sum of all the diamonds
and gems weights set in the jewelry item.
In some cases, the diamond(s) and/or gem(s) that are received
may weigh slightly more or less than the ordered weight.
The Federal Trade Commission permits jewelry manufactures
to fulfill orders with a precise range associated to the total carat
weight fractions.

METAL STAMPS
All items ordred from Anjolee will include two stamps placed discreetly in an area that will not interfere with the design.
One stamp indicates the metal type of the item ordered and the other is the Anjolee trademark.
Generally, the stamps will be placed on the inside of the band of a ring, on the bail of a pendant, the post or setting of the earring setting, or on the clasp of a necklace or bracelet.
All jewelry stamps placed by Anjolee adhere to strict guidelines set by the Federal Trade Commission.
Gemstones
Gemstones weight is measured in carats.
Similar gemstone dimensions may have different densities
and yield different carat weights.
For instance, a 6.5mm round sapphire may be heavier or lighter
than a similar size emerald gemstone.
